I have a thing for birds, so I decided to put some up in the baby's room.
Pottery Barn Kids has these cute small canvases with bird paintings, but they are 1. very pink, 2. very mainstream, and 3. Pottery Barn priced.
So naturally, I used the picture from their catalog as inspiration and painted my own dang birds. SO THERE!

When he was small enough, the change table was under the 'sun' on this side of the room. Painted with house paint (the yellow and blue) and an airless sprayer. All the other bits and pieces are with a Paasche Millenium Airbrush and Createx paints during a very cold winter of 2004.
